章則諮詢委員會乃根據香港城市大學學生會會章第7章所成立之常設委員會，負責協助本會評議會修改學生會會章及制定會章附則等事宜。

Constitution and By-Law Consultative Committee is a standing committee established in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Constitution of the City University of Hong Kong Students’ Union. It is responsible for assisting the Union Council to amend the Constitution of the City University of Hong Kong Students’ Union and draw up by-laws of the City University of Hong Kong Students’ Union Council.
